How can we make abortion more rare

your ideas are horrid. you want to guilt women into not aborting. that is wrong. the only way to reduce abortions is to make birth control better and cheaper, to make sex education better and to give those who choose to keep their pregnancies and can not afford it, options. more support.

guilting women is not the way. making them feel like crap is not the way.

By doing the right thing and choosing to save a life

(murder unborn babies even 9 months along)

What is needed most is education!

We must educate women about the horrible effects of having an abortion, such as an increased suicide rate, increased drug abuse. increased alcohol abuse, & increased rate of miscarriage in later pregnancies.

We must educate women about just how alive the baby is.

We must educate women so that they know that NOBODY has the right to pressure them into an abortion for ANY reason.

We must educate men so that they understand THEIR part in the creation of a new life a bit better & do not think of abortion as a form of birth control.

Then, we must start prosecuting doctors who perform abortions under the Violence Against Unborn Persons Act & also strip them of their licenses for violating their hippocratic oaths, which forbids performing abortions.

We also must prosecture employers, coaches, & any others who coerce women whom they have authority over into having abortions by threatening them with the loss of their jobs, their scholarships, & their places on the teams.

I know it is a crazy idea, but how about we start teaching society to accept the consequences of whatever decisions they make? Maybe then they will practice birth control BEFORE or DURING sex. But hey! this is America--someone is always there to cover up an individual is bad decisions. Bailouts, abortions, welfare, early parole. Make a mistake? The taxpayers and your fellow citizens will take care of you. It makes me sick.

Make it a law that before any woman can get an abortion that she must first witness a sonogram of that innocent, defenseless baby inside of her.there will still be cold hearts who will go ahead with the execution, but I believe that some, maybe many will have a change of heart.

Thats not going to do it. Its just going to take more education or gluing peoples legs shut.

unfortunatly, abortion will probably never be outlawed. reason being that even if they make it illegal, the women that want them r just going to get them done in a non professional environment & risk death on the mothers part, & in todays society it seems that all politicians care about is the ''mothers safety''. i think that abortion should be made illegal after the first trimester. im not pro-choice, im pro-its gonna happen anyways so just do it safe & keep me out of it. i think abortions r horrible, but, unfortunatly, it will never end.

It does not really matter what you do, people are still going to get abortions. If it was made illegal then you would see back alley hack jobs and even more deaths. I am Pro-life but it is a woman is right to have an abortion. Unless you are in that persons shoes, you will never know how it feels.
