What do you think about this statement concerning the abortion debate

You should never abandoned something because a select few abuse it. The truth is, at the time when most babies r aborted their brains r not even developed enough to make them smarter than an adult mouse. I am pro choice, very much so, but I am not going to say I am for later term abortions when the baby is almost due. That sick for obvious reasons.

The problem with the Extremists is that they do not know how to argue. Usually, their argument comes from what they were told to believe by their pastor or priest, so they do not know how to argue with facts, but rather, from works of fiction like Pinnochio or the Bible.

I am not opposed to abortion if the mother is at risk, or if it was rape/incest. I am not a super right wing person who would deny under certain cirmustances..

But as a form of birth control? If people want to use it as a form of birth control & call it choice, then give me a break.

Buy a freakin' condom. Get on the pill. If u think ur condom is gonna break, then wear five. Jesus.people need to take some freakin' responsibility for their own actions in this world.

My girlfriends sister just found out she is 6 weeks pregnant & she is not sure she wants to keep it. Did they use a condom? Nope. Is she on the pill? Nope. Was any of the 100 is of birth control methods out there used? Nope.

Stop being lazy & calling it a woman is choice.

murdering is murdering a baby does not have a choice its' mother is either going to be a mother or a murderer. If you do not want children do not bread get fixed.

Sorry but Abortion is Murder. At conception, the baby is a living Embryo. Only urgent situations is Abortion justified. Early Abortion. Full term abortion is just plain murder.

I think abortion is totally fine, it is all about womens rights. You should not be forced to have a child if you were raped for instance. It is not murder in my eyes until the baby is fully developed.

You r too clear headed to make this argument. You need to obfuscate the matter by never mentioning the baby. Talk about ''pregnancy,'' as if it were a catastrophe rather than a natural process. As long as u regard pregnancy as a catastrophe, & keep away from mentioning the child, u can convince people that abortion is good.
Also, do not mention the fact that many women who get abortions, do it because they think they have no choice. This would undermine ur premise that abortion is a choice.

I am not as concerned about a woman saving herself nine months of inconvenience as I am about her saving herself two weeks of inconvenience through a late-term, partial birth-abortion.

The responses to things like this depress me. Nobody can see further than their own point of view. Someone said something about ''9 months of inconvenience''. Well its alot more than 9 months. You raise a child for 18 years and if you're not in a position to do that, then that is not a good life to bring a child into. Abortion is not just about a woman is body. Its about what could happen to that child after its born.

View it from this thought: There is more than ample access to birth prevention. Therefore, if the woman chooses not to use preventive measures then she is saying she wants to get pregnant and loses her right to deny an unborn child its life. If the child is conceived, it has rights that should be recognized. Therefore, advocate pro-life, not pro-death, as a RIGHT for the unborn.

If you ask me the whole statement is cotridictory. A baby is a born living organism. If it is still in the woman it is unborn and not a baby. Therefore it is not living. So basically it would be a woman is choice.
The statement makes no sense due to lack of knowledge and simple biology.

It could work. Although, it makes women sound selfish, that they would rather sacrifice another individual is entire life to save themselves 9 months of inconvenience.
